This machine enables the assembly of panels, welding the vertical connectors to the two corresponding wires of the electro-welded mesh positioned horizontally along the welding bench, with the inter-positioning of one or more polystyrene blocks in the pantograph.
The machine consists of the following elements: loading bench; welding block; devices for continuous feeding of wire; unloading bench; control panel; command console.

With a 150 mm step the automatic panel assembly machine produces a panel 1.2 m wide by 3.00m long in 90 seconds. That is to say, 45 panels per hour = 1152 m2 / 8 hours day.
